PRIMETALENT IS HIRING
We are hiring a Head Chef for an International Restaurant in Downtown Beirut.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation & presentation of international dishes
Develop & Innovate menus that align with clientele expectations
Control costs & budgeting without compromising excellence
Ensure the highest standards of food quality & presentation
Maintain strict hygiene food safety & sanitation protocols
Supervise & train kitchen staff
Qualifications :
Key Qualifications:
7 years of experience in French or international bistro/fine-dining cuisine
Degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management
Age between 30 45
We are Offering:
Working hours 9h / Day - 6 days / week
$Competitive package
