Coordinate with Kitchen & Reservations to optimize operations and guest flow.
Monitor inventory reduce waste and perform cash handling and reopening/closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards; manage deviations
Track performance: support financial goals upselling and daily outlet revenue reporting.
Promote sustainability and efficiency across operations.
