The Area Support Security Officer is responsible for providing flexible security coverage across multiple client sites within a designated area. This role ensures the protection of people property and assets by maintaining a visible and professional security presence. The officer must be adaptable responsive and capable of delivering high standards of service at various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide security coverage and support across various client sites within the assigned area.

Protect premises staff and visitors by maintaining a high-security presence.

Respond to alarms incidents and emergencies professionally and promptly.

Carry out regular patrols access control and surveillance duties.

Maintain accurate and timely records including incident and daily activity reports.

Monitor CCTV systems where applicable.

Follow all site-specific protocols and company security procedures.

Communicate effectively with site personnel clients and control rooms.

Remain flexible and available to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays.

Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to on all assigned sites.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid SIA License (or relevant local security license/certification).

Previous experience in a security role preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Flexible approach to scheduling and travel across multiple sites.
Preferred Skills:

Good physical condition for patrol and extended standing.

Familiarity with incident reporting tools and basic IT systems.

Conflict resolution and customer service abilities.

Full clean driving license (if travel between locations is required)
