PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the machine in order to deliver the desired production quantity and quality.

• Participate in the maintenance of all machines according to the maintenance plan.

• Control waste and work on reducing its amount.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of machines.

• Ensure safety and hygiene in the area and on the machine under responsibility.

• Comply with occupational safety health and environmental rules.

• Complete and timely fill in the reports and checklists as defined in the procedures.

• Complete the tasks defined in the IWS workflows within the shift:

  • Centerline

  • Clean Inspect & Lubricate

  • Defect Handling

  • Incident Elimination

  • Changeover

  • Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

  • Change Management

  • DDS

  • Shiftly DDS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Context / Environment:
It is expected to operate SMD machines or equipment without any problems.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of a technical high school diploma.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within the Manufacturing Industry.

• Knowledge of production machines and auxiliary equipment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

• Skilled in handling mechanical parts and using measuring equipment.

• Capability to follow established procedures and forms.
