About the role
We are seeking a highly accurate exceptionally organized and detailoriented Administrative Coordinator to manage official government communication for a highlevel cultural project. The role requires consistent followthrough precision in written responses and full bilingual fluency in Arabic and English. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for all incoming projectrelated emails and must be able to handle communications independently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary handler for all incoming and outgoing projectrelated emails
especially those from government entities.Draft translate and respond to official correspondence in both Arabic and English with
impeccable grammar and tone.Monitor email threads daily ensure responses are timely and escalate matters as
needed.Redirect inquiries to the correct project team members while ensuring proper followup
Maintain and update all relevant trackers with precision and consistency
Create edit and maintain standardized templates for email replies internal updates and reporting
Support internal team coordination through clear documentation and followthrough
Be available to work onsite at the clients office in Riyadh during working hours.
Understand the project scope and structure to provide contextually correct replies and
manage inquiries with minimal supervisionCandidate Requirements
Based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Nativelevel fluency in Arabic and English (reading and writing critical requirement)
Prior experience in administrative support government correspondence or project coordination is preferred

Location & Commitments
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Contract Type: Fulltime contracted for 2 months from the date of joining
Working Hours: Sunday Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00 KSA time and as per project requirements.
