Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Automation Engineer to join our digital transformation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing implementing and optimizing automation solutions that drive business efficiency scalability and innovation. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders IT teams and project managers to deliver highimpact automation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and deployment of automation solutions including process automation workflow orchestration and integration of digital tools.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency accuracy and costeffectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using automation platforms (such as UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or custom scripts).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define project scope and deliver automation projects on time.
- Develop and maintain documentation including process maps solution designs and technical guides.
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to security compliance and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers and project teams.
- Troubleshoot optimize and support deployed automation processes ensuring high reliability and performance.
- Stay current with emerging trends technologies and best practices in automation and digital transformation.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and technical innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in automation engineering process automation or a similar role.
- Handson experience with leading automation tools (e.g. UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere) and scripting languages (Python PowerShell etc..
- Proven track record of delivering successful automation projects as part of digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with API integrations databases and cloud technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in crossfunctional teams.
- Certification in relevant automation platforms is preferred.
