Role Overview:

A Manager in HR typically gets assignments in recruiting training relocation employee services and benefits administration to develop their expertise in the different HR processes. As they get more experience the scope and complexity of assignments gets bigger. In any assignment however the HR roles described below are expected to be played.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategically aligns HR efforts to specific business needs including organization assessment and design team effectiveness people issues and trends that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.
  • Requires building culture that value trust employee engagement innovation leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity.
  • Coaches and develops leaders to deliver people management capabilities provides organizational insights to make the highest quality decisions and mitigates operational risk and increase business and HR process/ ER compliance .
  • Partners with practices and HR shared services to implement effective businessoriented solutions that meet specific business and Line Leader challenges.

As strategic partner the HR associate manager works with business leaders to build business strategies deploy them to the organization and create the environment and systems needed to support their delivery.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or any relevant major.
  • Proficient Spoken and Written English and Arabic.
  • High Emotional Intelligence and Problem Solving Skills.
  • Love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions.
  • Know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to.
  • Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Have the ability to learn on the job in a welcoming environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills to persuade influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
