We are looking for a selfmotivated and serviceoriented Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and has a knack for making guests feel at home.
Job PurposeThe Waitress is expected to provide excellent customer service by taking orders serving food and beverages thus ensuring a positive dining experience for all our guests. In providing these services the waitstaff plays an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. The primary role of a Waitress is to interact with our customers and ensure they have a great experience when dining at our restaurant.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Efficiently taking and managing orders from customers.
- Serving food and beverages accurately as per orders.
- Ensuring positive dining experience for the customers.
- Effectively communicating with customers and team.
- Balancing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Providing detailed information about menu as per customer needs.
- Assisting customers in their choices and handling payments accurately.
Qualifications :
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of menu items.
- The ability to take orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
- Capable of providing a positive dining experience for customers.
- Skills to assist customers with their choices and handle payments properly.
