Overview

The Government Affairs Liaison will serve as a vital connection between PRG KSA and government entities ensuring the company operates in full compliance with local laws and regulations. The role encompasses handling permits registrations and licenses while also cultivating strong relationships with government authorities to streamline business operations and address any regulatory needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the events entertainment or live production industry.

  • Familiarity with KSAs Vision 2030 initiatives and their impact on the sector.

  • Previous administration experience within an office environment.

  • Strong communication fluent in English and Arabic both verbal and written with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Smart and Presentable.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and act quickly.
  • Good level of computer skills (Microsoft Outlook Word Excel)
  • Mature approach to dealing with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to learn and retain information within a reasonable time frame.
  • High level of accuracy attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Reliable with a good time keeping record.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant government departments and officials.
  • Act as the company representative in matters involving local government authorities.
  • Oversee the preparation submission and renewal of business licenses permits visas and other regulatory documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to avoid penalties or delays in operations.
  • Stay updated on government regulations and laws affecting the companys operations.
  • Ensure PRG KSAs activities are compliant with Saudi regulations.
  • Handle any issues or challenges related to government matters resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with Accounts Admin Operations and Legal teams to manage governmentrelated requirements for employees and projects.
  • Provide updates on any changes in regulations or policies that may impact business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of government approvals renewals and correspondence.
  • Prepare periodic reports on governmentrelated activities and compliance status.
  • Proven experience in government relations public affairs or a related role in KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi government policies laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
