Job Description:
- Carrying out the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes at different stations following established recipes.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitoring the quality presentation and portion sizes of food items.
- Ensuring adherence to food safety hygiene and cleanliness standards while preparing and serving food.
- Offering mentorship and instruction to junior kitchen staff and participating in inventory management.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Pastry Chef.
