WI Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: New Lisbon WI
Pay Rate: $33.00 $36.00/hr
Schedule: PM shift 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
About the Role
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 13-week contract in New Lisbon WI. This role is in a long-term care setting and is ideal for an LPN with strong medication administration resident care and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the charge nurse
- Update physicians and family members as needed
- Assist CNAs with call lights and resident care support
- Report concerns related to abuse neglect or misappropriation as required
- Support resident safety comfort and quality care
- Complete assigned nursing duties accurately and professionally
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin LPN license required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
- Ability to work PM shift and every other weekend
- Meditech experience preferred
