What You Will Do:
The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination monitoring communication and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:
Attend meetings workshops conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert
Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews
Serve as a Liaison between Performers Test & Evaluation contributors Government and Transition partners
Review provide analysis and make recommendations concerning technical reports data and Performer approaches
Select establish curate and maintain collaborative communication issue tracking and configuration environments for use by the program
Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration design development modeling and simulation data analytics and architecture design
Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program
Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Programs success
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD securityclearance with a polygraph
Bachelors degree in computer science applied physics electrical engineering systems engineering or a related technical field
TWO (2) or more years with test-driven development automated testing configuration management including technical evaluation experience
TWO (2) or more years of research & development (R&D) experience in image processing computer vision NLP biometrics or SWE including ML or DNN algorithms
TWO (2) or more years of experience managing multi-disciplinary research & development (R&D) or test & evaluation (T&E) teams
TWO (2) or more years of experience creating program plans WBS schedules including experience with Agile program management and systems development including integrated testing
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Masters degree or PhD in computer science applied physics electrical engineering systems engineering or a related technical field
TWO (2) or more years of experience image/video analytics development
Experience supporting the intelligence community
SAFe Agile certification
TWO (2) or more years of experience with cloud utilization development and management
ONE (1) or more years of experience in remote sensing image compression audio geolocation biometrics signal processing noisy/degraded data classified research statistics probability
