Structural Dynamics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Dynamics Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Structural Dynamics Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing and designing structures to withstand dynamic forces such as wind waves and earthquakes. You will work closely with our team of engineers to ensure the structural integrity and safety of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct structural analysis using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools to determine the effects of dynamic forces on structures

- Design and develop structures that can withstand dynamic forces such as wind waves and earthquakes

- Perform calculations and simulations to ensure the structural integrity and safety of designs

- Collaborate with project managers clients and other engineers to develop cost-effective and efficient solutions

- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition of existing structures and provide recommendations for improvements

- Prepare and review technical reports drawings and specifications

- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to structural dynamics

- Mentor and train junior engineers on structural dynamics analysis and design

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a focus on Structural Dynamics

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural dynamics analysis and design

- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to structural dynamics

- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
