We are looking for a hard working individual with the willingness to succeed in a fast pace high volume store. Must be reliable customer service orientated and multi-tasking is a must.. Only serious candidates to apply prior experience is experienced with prior automotive background a plus!

Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their service needs providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate repair options clearly.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and follow up with customers post-service.
Stay informed about automotive technology and service trends to provide knowledgeable advice.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a service advisor recommended
Willing to work long hours
Willing to undergo drug-screen background check and DMV check
Ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- CDK experience a plus
- Prior automotive experience
