Python Full Stack Developer

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and Relational Databases (RDBMS) with experience in cloud hosting environments. A background or interest in Generative AI concepts is a plus.

In this role you will:

• Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and (frontend).
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Work with RDBMS (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) for data modeling and query optimization.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Ensure application security performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers product managers and QA engineers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Apply knowledge of Generative AI concepts to enhance product features or workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
• Proficiency in Python (Django Flask or FastAPI frameworks preferred).
• Strong experience with and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (PostgreSQL MySQL or similar).
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosting (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines containerization (Docker) and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Exposure to Generative AI concepts (LLMs prompt engineering embeddings etc.).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and GraphQL.
• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development.
