SCHEDULE DETAILS:Part-time (not to exceed 19.5 hours per week)

Werelooking for responsible motivated leaders to join our Hardees management team!The Restaurant ShiftSupervisorsupports daily operations by supervising team members ensuring excellent guest service andmaintainingfood safety and cleanliness standards. This roleis responsible foroverseeing the restaurant during assigned shifts resolving guest concerns and keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Essential JobDuties
- Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and support team members to ensure smooth efficient service
- Handle guest concerns resolve issues and ensure positive experiences
- Ensure food safety procedures arefollowed at all times
- Complete and verify temperature logs cleanliness checklists and other required documentation
- Maintain a clean safewellorganizedwork environment
- Assistwith training new employees as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
RequiredKnowledgeSkills &Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual strongly preferred).
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure whilemaintainingquality and service.
- Ability toaccuratelydocument andmaintainappropriate recordslogsand reports.
- Abilityto stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to50 pounds.
- Ability toworkeffectively and courteously with staff students and thegeneralpublic.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Environment:Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting with frequent interruptions and extended periods of time viewing computermonitoror standing; may require adjustment of schedule to include some evening and/or weekends; mayencounteroccasional exposure to inclement weather during travel.
Physical:Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to lift carry push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.This position does require the ability toliftto 40 lbs.
