Case Mix:
- Low risk pregnancy: 70% High risk pregnancy: 10% C-Section: 30% Office GYN: 10% Surgical GYN: 10%
Required Procedures:
- Low risk pregnancy- PTs w/ pre-existing problems history of twins history of toxemia pyelonephritis hyperemesis etc.
- FHR interpretation- NST/CST/FSE
- Level I/screening (viability)
- Routine delivery: vaginal low forceps decision-making for a C-section.
- Complicated delivery: C-section breech multiple births abruptions etc.
- VBACs & repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Lab & Ultrasound Onsite: Yes; Ultrasounds performed by tech
Office Equipment: Colonoscopy LEEP US NS
