Job Summary
The Finishing Operator leads the production of customer acceptable folder/glued products.
12s or 10s. 12s would be 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am and 10s would be 6am-4pm and 4pm-2am.
$15 - 20 per hour
Located in Oshkosh
Leadsimprovement and ensures team safety withinthe department.
Provides team leadership to meet quality on-time delivery andwaste reduction goals.
Promotes communication problem solving andownership of process.
Reads and understands job jackets.
locates product and materials needed for each production order.
Performs folder/gluer and window machine make-ready functions at standard allowed times.
REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of Folder Gluer Experience preferred.
