Live in Caregiver Needed Thursday-Friday

Job Summary:

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! We are looking for a 1 day Live in caregiver for a client inBothell Shift is 5pm Thursday- 5pm Friday ongoing. Must have dementia and diabetes experience as well as have their Nurse Delegation for Diabetes certificate.

Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour forHCA and CNA caregivers/ $350/ day for Live In work

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care hygiene dressing and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients cant complete on their own including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency medical professionals and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• ActiveCNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read write and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
