Have full working rights in Australia
Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
Able to pass preemployment medical drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
