Unique Training Solutions Ltd are working in partnership with the Bury Local Care Organisation to raise awareness, offer employment opportunities, and training provision for a range of care service jobs in the Bury region. This is a "ready to work" scheme that promotes the immediate need to increase the workforce capacity by building a bank of qualified and trained workers who are able to offer a diverse range of skills, in all Bury community locations and to a wide range of vulnerable people that require support with living independently. We are also actively recruiting for a number live vacancies within Bury Care Providers as detailed in our job listings. The pandemic has highlighted the truly amazing and challenging work our social care industry manages daily. Its time to educate and empower more people to join the social care workforce and continue the recognition it deserves alongside the NHS. We want to offer work opportunities to those that have lost work due to the pandemic, have supported the local community and now choose care as a professional vocation and/or need to have a flexible job to support their own livelihood's.
