About the role

As Project Manager you will lead the successful delivery of transmission projects ensuring outcomes are achieved safely on time and within budget.

Youll be responsible for:

• Endtoend project delivery across technical commercial and financial performance
• Leading multidisciplinary teams including supervisors field staff and subcontractors
• Managing budgets forecasting claims and commercial outcomes
• Maintaining strong client relationships and meeting contractual KPIs
• Driving quality continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Ensuring strict compliance with SHEQ and regulatory requirements
• This is a handson leadership role where your visibility on site and engagement with teams will be key to success.

About you

Youre an experienced Project Manager with a background in high voltage transmission or substation projects and a passion for delivering results.

Youll bring:

• Proven experience managing HV or EHV projects
• Strong commercial and financial management capability
• Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors
• A solid understanding of contractual obligations and client expectations
• A commitment to health safety and environmental excellence
• Strong communication planning and problemsolving skills
