About the role

As a Transmission Line Mechanic youll play a key role in constructing maintaining and upgrading transmission lines across the region.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building maintaining and repairing transmission line structures and hardware
• Climbing structures and working at heights across diverse outdoor environments
• Supporting line stringing conductor installation and maintenance works
• Ensuring safe and reliable operation of critical network assets
• Working closely with crews to deliver projects safely on time and to a high standard

This is a physically active handson role with variety working across multiple sites and conditions.

About you

Youre motivated safety-focused and enjoy working as part of a team in the outdoors.

Youll bring:

• Experience as a Transmission Line Mechanic or in line construction/maintenance
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety and safe work practices
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 or higher advantageous)
• Build a career that powers the future
