About the Role
Flamingo Flowers is looking for a reliable and motivated Stock Line Runner to join our busy Stock Team in Sandy. This role is essential in ensuring production lines receive the correct quantity and quality of raw materials to meet daily production targets without delays.

You will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy supporting production efficiency and ensuring products are handled stored and supplied safely and correctly.

Key Responsibilities
Supply production lines with the correct stock to meet daily production plans.
Read product labels and accurately pick and deliver required materials.
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or availability issues promptly.
Ensure all products are stored and handled correctly within cold stores.
Report quality concerns and out-of-specification materials to management.
Support productivity targets and help minimise downtime on production lines.
Complete stock transfers and paperwork accurately in line with company procedures.
Follow label checking knife control and stock issuing procedures.
Maintain high standards of hygiene housekeeping and food safety.
Adhere to all Health & Safety policies Safe Systems of Work and PPE requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction activities.
Assist with training and supporting colleagues when required.

Good level of English literacy and numeracy skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet targets.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous stock warehouse logistics manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential.
