Job Title: Sr Application Engineer

Reports to: Application Engineering Director

Job Overview:

This is a great opportunity for a technical engineer to join a highly skilled Application Engineering team in a leading EDA company working with cuttingedge tools advanced technologies and the most innovative semiconductor companies in the industry.

We are looking for someone who is curious keen to learn apply new knowledge and grow!

Job Responsibilities:

• Support customers with adoption and deployment of Cadence Custom IC design flow built on Virtuoso and Spectre platforms.
• Engage with customers to understand their design challenges and propose technical solutions guidance on methodology and best practices.
• Drive technical campaigns product demonstrations evaluations and benchmarking in a customerfacing and technically stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with R&D Product Engineering and Marketing teams to drive product improvements and increase proliferation of Cadence solutions.

• Deepen expertise in mixedsignal design methodologies and advanced EDA tools.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Solid understanding of analog or mixedsignal IC design flows within Cadence Virtuoso Studio environment.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in IC design CAD or application / technical support roles.
• Experience in UNIX environment.
• Knowledge of SKILL Python or similar scripting languages is an advantage.
• Good problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
