Overview:
Were seeking a skilled and driven Lead Installation & Commissioning Engineer to take charge of deploying maintaining and optimising advanced site security and access control systems. This role combines hands-on technical delivery with leadership mentoring and a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation and commissioning of access control and CCTV systems to high technical standards.
Act as the technical escalation point for complex system issues and provide expert-level support.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and apprentices.
Ensure compliance with all H&S and quality assurance procedures.
Collaborate with project managers to deliver seamless installations and handovers.
Deliver user and super-user training on-site or remotely.
Support continuous improvement stock management and QA checks.
About You:
Proven experience installing commissioning and maintaining access control and CCTV systems.
Strong background in field-based engineering with customer-facing experience.
Confident leading teams and mentoring others.
Able to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Competent with Microsoft systems and general IT tools.
