Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their Cookstown-based team.
This Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager role offers the opportunity to work across retail education healthcare hotel and infrastructure projects while supporting major main contractors on high-value developments. The successful Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager will play a key role in overseeing project delivery client relationships and commercial performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
The Person
Mechanical Engineering Degree or Time Served Plumber
5 years experience within Mechanical / Plumbing / M&E projects
Experience managing commercial or industrial contracts
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Ambitious individuals looking to progress into a more senior role are encouraged to apply
Ability to travel to projects throughout the UK / Ireland 3 days per week
