If so - this may be the perfect role for you. We are currently recruiting for a PART TIME and FULL TIME Sales Executive for our Telesales team.
Our part time shifts are flexible around commitments or childcare requirements also offering school friendly shifts!
We are looking for personable individuals to join our proud and established sales team at Safetech LTD in Rayleigh Essex.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating interest in Web Design and Digital Marketing to potential new clients by phoning self-generated leads.
The main objective of this role is to book meetings with potential new clients for our Business Development Managers to attend. Combining industry knowledge (training provided) a high level of sales experience and a flair for strong relationship building on the telephone the role will require an ability to work in an organised way with a high degree of independence to consistently achieve and exceed challenging targets.
Basic salary of National Minimum Wage per hour with commission structure and bonuses ideal for money hungry and motivated individuals. Our top-flight Telesales Executives will receive competitive and industry leading commission rates based on in house targets.
Hours:
Selection of hours Monday - Friday between 9am to 5pm.
School hours also available for part time positions.
No weekend work required.
Location:
Imperial Park Rawreth Lane Rayleigh Essex.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years experience in a sales customer service or web based role
You will be a motivated dynamic and self-driven individual
Used to working hard in a fast-paced environment
Positive can do attitude
You must be able to work independently and remain part of the team
Have good organisation and time management skills
Be confident and professional on the phone at all times
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of consumers

Required Skills:
Attend daily client meetings to present the companys products and services Secure sales during visits or follow up with tailored business proposals Maintain accurate records of sales activity and proposals reporting KPIs to senior management Work closely with our in-house telesales team to arrange B2B meetings Represent Safetech with professionalism and act as a true advocate for our brand Minimum of 2 years experience in a face-to-face business development or sales role A proven track record of generating new business opportunities Strong communication skills both personable and professional Excellent organisational and time management abilities Confident resilient and target-driven with a positive approach IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel Reliable punctual and committed to professional development Capable of working independently and as part of a team Able to use initiative appropriately while recognising when to seek guidance Applicants must hold a full clean driving licence Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check prior to employment Ability to commute/relocate: Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: Business Development: 2 years (preferred) Sales: 2 years (preferred) If you believe you can bring value to our team and would like to be part of our ambitious and supportive company we would be delighted to hear from you.
