Regional Assistant Director (South)
Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director the South youll lead motivate and empower the housing management functions across the region to continue to drive customer satisfaction through bespoke and innovative solutions that address our customers needs and empower our will also be responsible for leading the community safety function across all regions.
To deliver in your role you will need to be able to influence other teams and departments and matrix manage services across different locations. Were also making sure our customers voice is always heard through aregional residents panel and youll work closely with the Regional Managing Director to support this crucial work. Thats what this roles all about - delivering for our customers and enabling them to live their best lives.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering services to the highest of standards will all be essential to succeed in this role as youll not only be tasked with driving customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance but also embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout our services. Remember we dont want to do things how theyve always been done we want to make them even better!
