Position Overview

Outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastichard-workingand highly motivated individual to join our EMEA Managed Services delivery team. MRI is looking for a high-performing individual to support acrossitsproperty accounting outsourcing function within the commercial residential & social housing PropertyAccountant will beexpected to visit client sites andcouldberesponsible forleadingacross a breadth ofclientswithin the different withdelivering andmanagingclientsexpectations&workloadsleveragingour global delivery teams for accounting support.

Responsibilities

• Own the client engagement covering theend-to-endService Chargeactivities from budgetingthrough to year endprocesses.

• Producing compliant accounts in line with lease terms and Technical Release 03/11.

• Working with the global delivery team toallocatetasks review anddeliver on client engagements.

• Collaborate with the leadership team toidentifydelivery efficiencies where applicable.

• Support other property accounting functions across AR AP GL etc.

• Act as a subject matter expert across complex queries e.g. VAT consideration with mixed use properties.

• Assistwith best practices acrossonboarding portfolios from prior agents.

• Identifyopportunities for efficiency automation and continuous improvement.

• Assistleadership team with special projects operating mechanisms initiatives for theManaged Servicesorganisation.

• Focus on buildingclient relationships visitingclientson sitetowork collaboratively and ensure a high-quality service delivery to support with client satisfaction & retention.

REQUIREMENTS:
Comprehensive knowledge ofproperty accountingfunctions.

• 3 years of experience inService Charge management across Commercial & Residential sectors.

• Musthave worked on MRI solutions PMX.

• Musthave a good understanding of RICS Service Charge guidelines.

• Musthavepreviousexperience in a client facing role.

• Ideally exposed to Service Charge within Social Housing.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients peers and management through written and/or verbal communication.

• Ideally working towards or have a professional qualification / CIMA / ACCA / ACA.
