Program manager (SL Data programme manager)
Job Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and completion of various projects within the organization. This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Assign tasks monitor progress and provide guidance and support to team members.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. All tracking needs to be done online in SharePoint.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Infrastructure knowledge on Windows servers & Unix servers would be added advantage
