Job Summary
KCR Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively to recruit a Part-Time Financial Controller for a growing and dynamic company based in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for the companys financial strategy planning and operations while providing a comprehensive view of the financial health of the business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team.
- Drive business performance through financial metrics and key performance indicators.
- Lead the financial planning budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning for both the parent company and overseas subsidiaries.
- Oversee the preparation and management of the companys financial reports including monthly and annual financial statements balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Monitor financial performance across departments and subsidiaries ensuring financial health and profitability.
- Implement robust financial control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
- Manage working capital cash flow and capital expenditures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key international stakeholders including external auditors tax consultants and regulatory bodies.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of regular financial reports for stakeholders including board members and investors.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis cost control and margin optimisation initiatives.
- Recommend actions based on financial data trends and market conditions.
