Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner essential
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge or interest in Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches
A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for creating engaging learning experiences for children
