Level 3 Nursery PractitionerHours per Week
Are you a qualified Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 Early Years qualification looking to join a nursery that genuinely cares about its team and the children it serves Our client is a well-established Ofsted Good-rated nursery with a warm ambitious ethos - focused on building childrens confidence independence and key developmental skills through play-based child-led learning.
Our clients nursery have been designed with children in mind. Bright airy rooms create a stimulating environment for exploration and creative play while a large fully enclosed garden - complete with a mud kitchen and free-flow outdoor access - brings learning to life outside.
What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above Essential
- Experience working in an EYFS nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework child development and safeguarding
- A warm caring approach with a genuine passion for working with young children
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Act as a key person for an assigned group of children building trusting relationships with both children and families
- Observe assess and document childrens development through accurate learning journey records
- Support the planning and preparation of engaging age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe clean and nurturing environment at all times
- Contribute positively to the wider nursery team and uphold safeguarding and welfare requirements
