MHE Operatives Wanted Immediate Starts Available

Are you an experienced MHE Operative looking for your next opportunity We are recruiting skilled and reliable warehouse professionals for a variety of ongoing roles across Northampton and surrounding areas.

We Are Looking For:

FLT Counterbalance Drivers
FLT Reach Truck Drivers (D1 & D2)
VNA Drivers
Bendi/Flexi Truck Drivers
PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) Operatives

What We Offer:

Pay Rates: 13.20 - 15.00 per hour (depending on experience and licence held)
Ongoing Positions with long-term opportunities
Various Shifts Available Days Afternoons Nights & Rotating Shifts
Immediate Starts Available
Locations across Northampton and nearby areas

Requirements:

• Valid external or in-house MHE licence (must be current and in date)
• Previous experience operating relevant MHE equipment
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
• Flexibility to support with general warehouse duties when required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Typical Duties:

• Safe operation of MHE equipment
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Stock movement and replenishment
• Picking and put-away tasks
• Supporting warehouse operations as required
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
