Were seeking an ambitious Mechanical Design Engineer who thrives in a fastpaced innovationdriven environment and is passionate about bringing ideas to life.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Engineering youll play a key role in designing and delivering cuttingedge mechanical and electromechanical solutions. From concept through to implementation youll contribute to the development of new products while enhancing existing ones helping shape the future of our electronic gaming machines.

Youll be responsible for producing highquality design models and detailed CAD data ensuring precision performance and reliability across our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver innovative mechanical and electromechanical solutions for new products and product enhancements aligning with project requirements and business objectives

Create highquality detailed CAD models and design data to support the development of industryleading electronic gaming machines

Translate project briefs requirements documents and engineering inputs into practical manufacturable design solutions

Produce clear accurate design documentation for internal teams suppliers and thirdparty partners ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and regulatory standards

Manage and maintain project documentation providing realistic timelines and progress updates throughout the design lifecycle

Contribute to project planning offering insightful input on feasibility risks and technical considerations

Collaborate crossfunctionally by attending project meetings and actively contributing ideas solutions and expertise

Gather interpret and document customer requirements (both internal and external) ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the development process

What youll bring to the role:

Proven experience using 3D CAD tools ideally SolidWorks

A broad understanding of multiple engineering disciplines with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical design scenarios

Strong knowledge of design for manufacture (DFM) principles and value engineering approaches

A handson mindset with experience supporting workshop prototyping and product development

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to a range of stakeholders

Experience within the gaming industry (desirable but not essential)

Familiarity with PLM Manufacturing systems and an understanding of electrical connectivity (advantageous)

Qualifications

• A degree or HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering
