Significant experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
Strong understanding of CNC milling turning and manual machining
Ability to read engineering drawings including GD&T
Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred)
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and KPI reporting

This Machine Shop Supervisor role in Gloucester is initially based on a day shift pattern before moving onto a double day shift after approximately 4 weeks with shift allowance included.
