Job Title: Learning Support Practitioner (LSP)

Location: Coventry College

Contract Type: Full-Time / Term-Time Only / Fixed Term Contract 36 weeks:

Week 1 - 10th August - 14th August - Training

Week 2 - 1st September - ongoing following the College term time calendar.

Contract End Date: June 2027

Hours per Week: 37

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (4:30pm finish once a week and subject to timetable)

Salary: 21299 to 21726 pro rota (dependent on qualifications and experience) 25160 to 25664 per annum FTE

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.

Whether supporting students staff systems or services youll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on customer service teamwork and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic forward-thinking college where your skills and contribution are truly valued.

Nice-to-Have:

Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy or equivalent

Level 3 qualification or equivalent

Evidence of relevant continuous professional development one or more in the following areas: Disability Learning difficulties ASD Dyslexia Sensory impairment Challenging behaviour Emotional behavioural activities Mental health and Personal care

Working with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities or other support needs

Experience of working with people with ASD or ADHD communication difficulties mental health difficulties
