Job Summary
Talentmark are recruiting for a Lab Support Coordinator to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Paying 200-230 per day PAYE or 265-305 Umbrella.
Lab Support Coordinator Role:
Our client is one of the worlds premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies discovering developing and providing over 160 different medicines vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.
Location:
This role is field based covering customers in the London area.

Lab Support Coordinator Role:
- User support functions: including installation and support on our systems.
- customer training.
- troubleshooting sales and customer support.
- software modifications and product maintenance.
- assistance with tender responses and product demonstrations.
- Biochemistry / pathology background.
- Thorough understanding of IVD industry.
- Have experience of support of pathology lab solutions.
- Troubleshooting / technical service cover for lab instruments - mostly biochemistry.
- Excellent customer facing skills.
