Whatyoulldo:

• To work within the kitchen team of at the RNLI
• To carry out all daily cleaning in accordance with company and unit specifications
• To work in all areas as requested; this includes both front of house and back of house
• To work on a rota basis with the other members of the Kitchen Porter team
• To collect and store deliveries filling out all appropriate paperwork included Temperature Record Sheets and Delivery Records
• To store all deliveries in a correct manner to rotate stock and check deliveries for quality
• To move stock and light equipment within the building for front of house

Whatwerelooking for:

• Report any complaints incident of injury fire theft loss damage and unfit food immediately to relevant Manager
• Manage time keeping & attendance
• Able to work on your own and/or part of a team
