Head Receptionist

Are you an experienced Receptionist or Dental Nurse looking for the next step in your career We have an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in our friendly & experienced team at Ringley Park Dental Practice in Reigate as Head Receptionist. 

The essentials: 

• Full-time 39 hours per week
• Mondays 8am  5.45pm Tuesdays 8am - 5.30pm Wednesdays 8am - 5.30pm Thursdays 8.15am - 5.30pm Fridays 8am - 1pm
• Competitive hourly rate of 14.50 per hour in line with experience
• Lead a motivated and friendly team of 5 Receptionists 
• Opportunity to get involved with wider practice operations involved with the patient journey and compliance
• Free parking on site

This is an key role within the addition to usual reception duties the role will involve; team leadership responsibilities delegating tasks supporting the practice manager and wider team compliance and being a point of contact for patients through their course of treatments. 

About you

• Previous Reception or Dental Nursing experience 
• Previous examples of taking on additional responsibilities & team leadership
• A positive attitude empathetic and well-organised 
• Great communication skills with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
