Job Summary


Role: Fund Controller

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

Start Date: 6 months

Daily Rate: Inside IR35

Our client is seeking an experienced Fund Controller to join their team in London. This role is critical to supporting the Fund Controller BAU activities and requires a strong background in financial controls and fund accounting. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of fund structures consolidation methodologies and experience working with ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee financial accounting for funds ensuring accuracy and compliance

Prepare and review fund reporting packs

Work with data systems such as Yardi for input and configuration

Support ERP system implementation and integration activities

Ensure data quality and integrity across financial systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with regulators

Advise the business on financial controls and fund management best practices


Experience & Skills Required

Qualified accountant with 6 years of relevant experience

Previous roles in Financial Controls Fund Controller or similar positions

Strong understanding of financial accounting for funds and consolidation methodologies

Experience with data management and financial systems including Yardi

Exposure to ERP system implementations

Investment banking experience is highly desirable

Proven ability to communicate with regulators and advise business stakeholders
