Key job responsibilities

- Source and engage candidates using internal and external tools search techniques and multiple channelsincluding employee referrals career portals and eventsto build high-quality unbiased candidate pipelines that meet team goals and service level agreements
- Conduct pre-screening conversations to assess candidate compensation expectations skill alignment and availability while explaining the interview process and setting accurate expectations about roles and compensation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs develop effective recruiting strategies and provide guidance on Amazons value proposition and best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement
- Drive positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle by coaching candidates on behavioural interviewing techniques maintaining clear communication and ensuring accurate documentation of all candidate interactions and pipeline progress
- Optimize recruitment processes by analysing candidate funnel data identifying process improvements and blockers ensuring data integrity across all systems and escalating issues appropriately to support team efficiency and operational excellence

As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter youll engage in a diverse range of activities that keep your work dynamic and impactful. Your day might begin by using sourcing tools and search techniques to identify qualified candidates who align with our open roles followed by conducting pre-screening conversations to assess candidate fit compensation expectations and availability. Youll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies then coach candidates on interview preparation and set clear expectations about the role and compensation. Throughout the day youll document candidate interactions track pipeline progress through our internal systems and identify opportunities to streamline processes. You might also participate in career fairs or employee referral initiatives escalate blockers to appropriate stakeholders and continuously refine your approach based on data and feedback to ensure both operational efficiency and an exceptional candidate

- Bachelors degree or experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience in corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines

- Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools CRM systems and complex spreadsheets
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws and trends
- Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition ideally diversity recruiting research or analytics
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- - Experience coaching candidates through interview preparation or providing interview feedback
