What youll do

  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
  • Ensure the F&B operations area are health & safety compliant for each shift.
  • Run the daily briefings for the restaurant & bar teams.
  • Support meeting & event operations from social events to big bash weddings.
  • Coordinate and run the reservations system.
  • Support the commercial goals of the business.
  • Draft floor plan based on covers.
  • Support with F&B stock; ordering and stock counts.
  • Support with training for the F&B team.
  • Scheduling and rotas for team members ensuring staff levels are maintained appropriately.
  • Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOPs.
  • Responsible for the service on the floor and bar.
  • Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant.
  • Work with the culinary team on menus service and product availability.
