Finance Shared Services Operations Manager
Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Finance Shared Services Operations Manager based in Glasgow.
Reporting to the Shared Service Delivery Lead this role is responsible for overseeing the effective operation of Aggrekos Finance & Procurement shared services operations coordinating the relationship between Aggreko finance teams and 3rd party BPO provider and ensuring the delivery is in line with the Shared Services Operating Model policies SOPs SLAs and governance framework.

What youll do as Finance Shared Services Operations Manager:
- Monitor day-to-day operational effectiveness of distributed regional transactional finance operations through regular engagement reporting and participation in local forums.
- Manage issues and escalations to strengthen collaboration between local retained finance teams and the BPO provider improving end-to-end transactional finance performance.
- Monitor BPO IT controls and training compliance to identify assess and mitigate operational risks to Aggreko.
- Validate BPO service performance and ensure it is accurately reported and communicated to Aggreko stakeholders intervening where necessary.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are clearly documented communicated and consistently adhered to.
- Ensure service management tools are used effectively to log track and resolve issues.
You are:
- A Qualified Accountant (Preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience in a Finance Shared Services Transactional Operations role in multi-country business environment.
- Skilled in working with third-party providers or shared service centres with beneficial experience managing external services.
- Proven ability to analyse performance metrics using IT analysis tools.
- Strong people management capabilities.
- Experience working with ServiceNow (or similar) would be beneficial.
