- Achievable OTE of 60000 per annum:
- 25000 base salary increase every 6 months based on performance

A few more details about this role:
The role of the Field Sales Representative within our Customer & Commercial Team is to be the initial face of Voneus representing our brand in your area and introducing our products and services to potential customers located in rural communities and helping build and support our customer base.
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities in your specific area to successfully convert prospects into customers through a variety of sales methods focusing on door-to-door sales.
What will you be doing:
- You will interface directly with potential customers explaining the benefits of our products.
- You will meet real people solve real problems and help customers transform how they live and work in their communities.
- You will be working outdoors staying away from home 1-2 nights per week.
- With our bundled packages you will help customers choose the right package (alongside broadband we offer WiFi mesh VoIP phone and security products)
This is a challenging but rewarding role. You will learn a lot. We have great experience in growing our teams professionally and personally.
Required experience and knowledge:
- Proven track record in a business to consumer environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques within the sales cycle and how to mitigate and overcome pushbacks.
- Able to engage with customers from different areas researching specific area knowledge and traits to communicate with them effectively and easily both in verbal and written format.
- Strong customer experience skills to build rapport and follow up with any queries in a confident customer focussed manner.
- Knowledgeable in using a CRM is desirable.
