Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Implementation Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful onboarding experiences for national and multi-national clients.
In this role you will manage the end-to-end implementation process ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and to a high standard. Acting as the central point of contact youll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate timelines manage expectations and deliver a seamless transition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing client implementation projects from initiation through to go-live
- Coordinating project plans timelines and deliverables using internal project management tools
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks that may impact delivery timelines
- Facilitating client meetings calls and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Collaborating with internal teams including Account Managers support functions and operational leaders
- Ensuring all client-facing documentation and Statements of Work are accurate and up to date
- Providing a high level of customer service while building strong professional relationships
This is a fast-paced client-facing role that requires excellent multitasking skills attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Were looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in an implementation project management or similar client-facing role (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of implementation processes and project delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working independently while contributing positively as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Effective time management skills to deliver projects within agreed timelines
Desirable:
- Experience with online booking tools or similar systems
Youll also be adaptable and flexible with the ability to respond to changing priorities and occasional travel requirements where needed.
