Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads and manage sales pipeline for assigned territory through appropriate engagement planning.
- Conduct demos and presentations showcasing EHR features benefits and ROI to physicians administrators and IT staff.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals fostering trust and credibility.
Product Expertise & Consultation:
- Maintain deep knowledge of EHR software healthcare regulations and industry trends.
- Articulate complex clinical and technical features in understandable terms for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with implementation support and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to regional sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in healthcare software sales.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations clinical workflows and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently manage a large-scale strategic sales opportunity and drive results.
