Customer Sales Representative

As a Customer Sales Representative youll be responsible for maximising sales performance whilst fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. As a valuable member of the team you will have the exciting opportunity to lead in managing key client interactions providing quick services maintaining customer excellence.   

Qualifications :

Your role as Customer Sales Representative

• Make outbound calls to customers for accurate order-taking according to schedule. 
• Handling incoming calls promptly and efficiently providing exceptional customer care.  
• Achieving targets by capitalising on orders and promotions and maintaining polite and prompt customer responses.  
• Contributing to effective operations through administrative tasks supporting colleagues and engaging in account prospecting for new customers.  
• Greene King support agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to 2 days per week after training.

• Prior experience in a customer-focused sales or administrative role.  
• Strong computer skills including experience in Excel and Outlook.
