Unit Function:
Governance oversight and command of the DI HUMINT Business Unit (BU) and assurance of all Defence HUMINT activity inculcating CDIs functional leadership.
Position Role:
SO2 HUMINT Training & Education
Responsibilities:
Lead on development of through-life training plan for HUMINT especially UCM training career training pathway.
Refine requirements for career and promotion training for HUMINT operators.
. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to support through-life training plan.
Integrate current education activities (PG Cert) with wider training pathway and own PG Cert arrangements
Review pre-selection process for HUMINT courses with DSTL
Liaise with DITG DHU and partners on training delivery activity.
Act as TRA for wider HUMINT training if required.
Assist with the crafting of any new course material.
